Errors [ 9815 - 9814 - 9800 - 50- 35 - 1- 2 - 6- 10 - 11] iPhone Fixes

Errors -9815

Solution: Make sure that your computer's date and time settings are correct when you use iTunes then restart your computer. This error may appear when you try to connect to the iTunes Store.

Errors -9814
Solution: Make sure that your computer's date and time settings are correct when you use iTunes then restart your computer. This error may appear when you try to connect to the iTunes Store.  (This Solution is the same to Error 9815)

Errors -9800
Solution: Make sure that your computer's date and time settings are correct when you use iTunes then restart your computer. This error may appear when you try to connect to the iTunes Store.  (This Solution is the same to Error 9815, 9814)

Error -50
Solution: This error may appear when trying to download purchased content from the iTunes Store:
This error happen when the connection timeout occurs while downloading purchased content from the iTunes Store. Some softwares may cuase this errors such as:
- Firewalls
- Web Accelerators
- Ad Filters
- Virus Protection Software

Error -35
Solution: This error happened when you try to download songs from the iTunes Store, but not Error "-35" only happened  also may cause Error "-5000", if permissions are incorrect for the iTunes Music folder, one of the folders inside it, or the folder does not exist or a broken alias exists in its place.
One of the following alerts appears:
  • "Unable to Check for Purchased Music because an error occurred (-5000 error)." 
  • "Error (-35)" 
  • "There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."

    This can happen with iTunes in Mac OS X.

Error 1
SolutionUnable to downgrade. Try changing the USB port (the back one of chassis is better) and restart computer.
The installed version of iTunes may also be too old. Update iTunes.


Error 2
Solution:This Error happened When you try to update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes, the update or restore process may stop, and you may see an alert message in iTunes. You may also see the "Connect to iTunes" screen on your device

  • Update to the latest version of iTunes
  • Update to the latest version of your operating system 
  • Restart your computer

Error 6
Solution:Not enter the downgrading mode, change USB port (the back one of chassis is better) and restart computer.


Error 10
Solution: LLB( This is the Low Level Bootloader. It runs several setup routines and on firmware versions 2.0 and higher it checks the signature of iBoot before jumping to it) is missing from the IPSW (IPhone/ IPod Touch/ IPad SoftWare) The device cannot be booted up. The trick to skip the baseband update no longer works. 

Error 11
Solution:Removed bbfw file in the firmware folder of an unzipped IPSW. Can also be used to prevent a baseband update. The device is bootable, if you set the auto-boot to true or use TinyUmbrella and use "Kick Device out of Recovery".
You are trying to update to a custom firmware from Pwnage Tool 4.1+. You always have to go into DFU mode and restore from there.
